What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI agents to external tools and data. Quikturn runs an MCP server so any compatible client — Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and more — can search and retrieve company logos directly inside a conversation.
Do I need a new API key?
No. MCP access uses the same server API key (starts with sk_) as the REST API — one key, one bill, works everywhere.
Which AI tools are supported?
Any MCP-compatible client: Claude for PowerPoint, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, and VS Code Copilot, plus any future tool that speaks the standard MCP protocol.
How does billing work?
MCP access is included with every paid API plan at no extra cost — requests count against your existing plan’s rate limit, on the same billing cycle as the REST API.
What are the rate limits?
